The Gym Bristol

Centrally located, The Gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week making it ideal for those who want to keep up their fitness regime whilst on holiday or whose busy lifestyle makes it difficult to attend a gym regularly. No contract is required and a day membership is available if you are in Bristol for a short time or simply want to 'give it a try'. The day pass is valid until midnight on the day that you take it out. You can also take out a monthly membership.

This spacious facility offers a wide range of state of the art equipment including MyRide® Virtual Indoor Spinning bikes, running machines, cross trainers and strength training machines. Free classes for members (including day members) include, Zumba, Pilates, Circuit Training, Abs and Core, Swiss Ball, Tabata Training and the popular Legs, Bums and Tums workout. An induction session is available during working hours if you are new to the equipment and discounted Personal training sessions can be arranged by emailing allyn.condon@thegymgroup.com and quoting 'My Guide Bristol'

The gym is staffed from 6am-10pm Mon- Fri and 10am-5pm Sat-Sun. Outside these hours The Gym is closely monitored by a security team and CCTV.

How does it work? You sign up and pay for your membership or day pass via the website. You will be given a unique pin number that you key into the keypad at the entrance to the Gym, then you're in and ready to go.
