Close to the university and popular with students, Sahra is one of the few Lebanese restaurants in Bristol. The cavern-like interior has heavy wooden tables with tiled surfaces and lanterns throwing patterns of light over the ceiling and walls. This creates a truly authentic Lebanese atmosphere. On a recent visit on a Friday evening the clientele were mainly in their twenties and thirties and the restaurant was busy.
The menu includes set meals, offering a selection of mezze to start, followed by a main course, or you could choose from an extensive menu There is a great selection for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The service is attentive and friendly. There is an exterior seating area where you can try a shisha pipe.
