Situated in the heart of Clifton Village, The ‘Sausage’ specialises in traditional British dishes as well as sausages. At least six varieties of delicious sausages (including home made vegetarian) appear on the menu. They are served with either mash or champ (mash with chopped spring onion) and onion gravy - all are delicious.
